2. Data we process
- technical data: IP address, device/browser, language, timezone, page URLs, referrer;
- cookies and similar IDs (see the Cookie Policy);
- analytics data if you consent (Yandex Metrica).
The Yoki Telegram bot/Mini App processes Telegram account data and content you enter there. This marketing site does not collect lead forms and does not take payments.
Analytics in the Yoki Mini App
To understand how the Yoki app in Telegram is used, we use the Yandex Metrica web analytics service (YANDEX LLC, Russia). It receives de-identified usage data: screens viewed (without trip numbers or links), taps, time spent, device type, and session recordings (Webvisor) without the contents of input fields and without the screens with documents, visas and traveller details. To link statistics to an account we send the internal Yoki user number — no name, phone number or Telegram username. Telegram sign-in data is never sent to Metrica. Data is processed on servers in Russia.
3. Purposes
- operate and display the website;
- understand which landing sections help (only after analytics consent);
- improve the Yoki app: which screens are used and where people get stuck;
- comply with law and respond to requests.
4. Legal bases
Processing is based on your consent (analytics) and/or the need to run the website (strictly necessary cookies), under applicable law including Russia’s 152-FZ where it applies.
5. Sharing
With analytics consent, data may be processed by Yandex Metrica. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Technical logs/cookies are kept per the Cookie Policy / counter settings, or until you withdraw consent. Email correspondence is kept as needed to complete the request and meet legal retention duties.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw analytics consent (banner / clear site data), and contact the competent authority (e.g. Roskomnadzor for Russia).
